1. Agreement to Terms

By using SaidaLink you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Services

SaidaLink provides ISP management software including billing, CRM, NOC monitoring, ERP/HR, and AI support.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 or have authority to enter contracts, provide accurate details, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed per active subscriber in blocks of 100, plus any modules and hosting you select. Fees are due per your billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.

6. Data Ownership

You own the customer data you upload. We process it on your behalf to provide the service.

7. Service Level Agreement

We target 99.9% platform uptime. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.

8. Intellectual Property

SaidaLink and its software, branding, and content are owned by Wekkitech Limited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate per the plan terms. You can export your data on termination; there are no lock-in penalties.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
