Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Mycellium Data when you run your ISP on the platform — plain English, no hostage clauses.
Last updated · July 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of Mycellium Data. By requesting access, completing onboarding or using any panel, you agree to them on behalf of the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Mycellium Data is a multi-tenant operations platform for Internet Service Providers: subscriber billing, CRM, NOC monitoring, field operations, captive portal and hotspot tooling, and AI-assisted support. Each ISP is provisioned as an isolated tenant with its own database, its own subdomain and its own set of branded panels — manage, client portal, pay portal, NOC and more.
3. Accounts and KYC
You must be at least 18 and authorised to contract on behalf of your business. Signup is followed by a KYC review: we verify your business registration, address and ownership before anything is provisioned. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for every action taken under your accounts — use strong passwords and keep two-factor authentication enabled for all administrative roles.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access another tenant's database, panels or infrastructure.
- Probe, scan or disrupt the platform, or interfere with another ISP's service.
- Use the platform for unlawful activity, spam, or to operate a network without the licences your jurisdiction requires.
- Resell platform access outside an approved reseller arrangement.
- Circumvent rate limits, billing meters or security controls.
Breach of this section is grounds for immediate suspension while we investigate.
5. Billing
The platform licence is billed per block of 100 active subscribers — $40 per block per month, minimum one block — plus any optional modules and the prepaid Pulse AI wallet if you enable it. Fees are invoiced per your billing cycle and payable by the due date on the invoice. Overdue invoices may lead to suspension after notice; your data is never held hostage, and there are no revenue shares or per-invoice fees. Prices may change with at least one billing cycle's notice.
6. Your data is yours
Each ISP owns its data outright. Your subscribers, invoices, tickets and network records live in a database dedicated to your tenant, and you may request a full export at any time — including on termination. We process tenant data only to provide the service, and we never commingle it with another tenant's data or mine it for advertising.
7. Availability
We target 99.9% platform uptime, measured monthly, with nightly backups of central and tenant databases. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible and scheduled off-peak. Availability targets cover the platform control plane — last-mile outages on your own OLTs, backhaul or CPE are your network's domain, not the platform's.
8. Intellectual property
Mycellium Data, the platform software and its branding are our property. Your brand, logo, subscriber data and content are yours. Your panels carry your branding by design; no rights in your marks transfer to us beyond what is needed to render them on your tenant.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost revenue, lost subscribers, or downtime of your own access network. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time; there are no lock-in penalties. We may suspend or terminate for non-payment, acceptable-use breach or unlawful operation, with notice where practicable. On termination you receive a grace period to export your tenant's data, after which the database and its backups are destroyed on the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The revised version is posted here with a new effective date, and material changes are announced to active tenants at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
