Your monthly platform fee is $40.00 times the number of 100-subscriber blocks you run — rounded up, minimum one block. Whether you terminate PPPoE sessions on BNGs or run voucher hotspots, the meter is the same.
- 250 subscribers? 3 blocks — $120/month. Grow to 251 and nothing changes until 301.
- Suspended and expired lines don't bill. Only active subscribers count toward the block total.
- No tiers to unlock. Every panel, every feature gate, every update ships at one block the same as a hundred.
- Invoiced monthly, numbered automatically. Approve a payment and your subscription extends — dunning handled by the platform.

Pricing questions, answered straight
How is the platform fee calculated?
We count your active subscribers, divide by 100, round up, and multiply by $40. 350 subscribers is 4 blocks — $160/month. The minimum is one block, so the smallest networks pay $40.
What counts as an active subscriber?
A subscriber with a live service — an authenticated PPPoE session, an active hotspot plan or a connected ONU. Suspended and expired lines don't count, so seasonal churn doesn't inflate your bill.
Can I add or remove modules later?
Yes. Modules are switched on from your Manage panel and itemised on the same monthly invoice. Disable one and it leaves your panels — and your bill — at the next billing cycle. No contracts per module.
Is Pulse AI mandatory?
No. Pulse runs on a prepaid wallet you top up only if you want it. Untopped, it costs nothing. And because the wallet hard-stops at $0, it can never generate a surprise charge.
What happens if I outgrow my blocks mid-month?
Nothing dramatic. Your block count is metered at invoicing time, so growth is simply reflected on the next invoice. Your panels, sessions and billing keep running uninterrupted.
